Job Description

Ahmed Construction Company is looking for a confident and professional Client Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage client communications, follow-ups, and relationship building. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients throughout project execution.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding ongoing projects
• Provide regular project updates
• Schedule meetings between clients and management
• Handle client queries and complaints professionally
• Maintain client records and communication logs
• Coordinate with sales and project teams
• Follow up on payments and pending invoices

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client handling or sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional attitude and well-groomed personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
• Ability to work under pressure

Job Details

• Location: Lahore
• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 60,000 per month (based on experience)
