We are seeking a Client Relationship Representative to join our dedicated team in San Antonio. This position plays a key role in maintaining and developing strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts while representing Beloform’s high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing consistent and professional communication.
  • Understand client goals and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and process improvements.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance updates.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or customer service.
