About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional to join BroadDigix as a Client Relationship & Revenue Specialist. You’ll play a key part in guiding clients toward the ideal technology solutions while providing exceptional ongoing support. What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue & Expansion

  • Gain insight into client needs and propose the most effective BroadDigix products.
  • Initiate contact with leads through outbound calls, customized emails, and interactive demonstrations.
  • Reliably achieve or exceed sales quotas each month and quarter.
  • Document all interactions meticulously and keep our CRM system current.

Deliver Superior Customer Experience

  • Act as the main contact point for inquiries via telephone, email, online chat, or direct meetings.
  • Support new customers during initial setup and help established ones optimize usage.
  • Address concerns swiftly, escalating technical matters as required while maintaining clear communication.

Cultivate Strong Client Bonds

  • Establish dependable, ongoing relationships founded on trust.
  • Solicit client feedback and forward valuable suggestions to product and development teams for continuous improvement.

Collaborate Internally

  • Work alongside marketing, engineering, and support departments to execute successful strategies and seamless client interactions.
  • Contribute to ongoing training sessions and team collaborations to enhance skills and knowledge.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related area.
  • 1–3 years in revenue generation, client support, or relationship management (experience in technology preferred).
  • Practical knowledge of CRM systems (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with standard office suites like Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
