Client Representative Officer (Female)

Eligibility Criteria:

Prior experience in telesales, customer service, telemarketing, or cold calling is preferred.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Confidence and comfort in making outbound calls.

Basic computer proficiency, including email, Excel, and CRM tools.

Strong sales skills with a proven track record in customer service and sales.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.

Ability to effectively close deals and convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Send professional email outreach and follow-up communications.

Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified leads.

Understand client needs and provide accurate product or service information.

Coordinate warm leads with the sales and operations teams.

Meet daily and weekly call volume and lead-generation targets.

Handle client inquiries professionally with a strong customer-focused approach.
