Embark Consulting Inc., a corporate sales and business consulting firm, is hiring a Client Sales Ambassador to support our AT&T D2D campaign in Raleigh. As part of our outreach team, you’ll assist residential customers with service enrollment and activation, ensuring a seamless experience while representing AT&T with professionalism and product fluency.
As a Client Sales Ambassador, you’ll support AT&T’s D2D division by guiding customers through the final steps of service activation. You’ll verify details, confirm product choices, and ensure a smooth transition into AT&T’s residential offerings. Your work will help drive campaign performance while reinforcing AT&T’s reputation for reliable, customer-first service.
Role Requirements for a Client Sales Ambassador
- Support AT&T’s residential outreach by engaging potential customers and facilitating service enrollment with professionalism and expertise.
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate AT&T services and completing activation steps with accuracy and care.
- Clearly communicate service details, including pricing, features, and installation expectations.
- Ensure all enrollment documentation is properly completed and submitted in accordance with campaign standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on AT&T’s D2D product suite to provide reliable guidance and build long-term client relationships.
