Role Overview
We are looking for a personable and driven Client Servicing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of the company — visiting clients based on leads provided by our Business Development team, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right gifting solutions. If you are a people-person with a warm personality, a patient ear, and the drive to close deals, we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
• Visit prospective and existing clients based on leads generated by the Business Development team
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through attentive and personable engagement
• Listen carefully to client needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable products from our portfolio
• Develop a thorough understanding of our product range and stay up to date with new offerings
• Present products professionally and confidently during client visits
• Follow up diligently with clients to address queries and move them through the sales process
• Close deals and ensure a smooth handover to the Operations team for order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visit outcomes in the CRM system
• Provide feedback to the Business Development team on lead quality and client insights

What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, sales, or a customer-facing role
• A pleasing, approachable personality with the ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued
• Excellent listening skills — you ask the right questions and pay close attention to what clients truly need
• Patient, composed, and able to handle objections gracefully
• Eager and willing to learn our product range in depth
• Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-presented and professional in appearance
• Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM software
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
