Client Sales Manager

One of our client is seeking a dynamic Client Growth Manager - Client Acquisition to drive enterprise client engagement and operational excellence across India. This strategic role is part of the core leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in enterprise sales, key account management, and business operations. Experience in consulting is a plus but not mandatory. The incumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement growth strategies, optimize operations, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Engagement:

• Lead and manage key enterprise client relationships, driving acquisition and business development strategies.
• Oversee sales and customer engagement initiatives to expand WeAce’s reach.
• Develop and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs.

Customer Experience & Growth:

• Define and execute the customer experience strategy, ensuring WeAce delivers measurable value to clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise clients and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to accelerate growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales at all the level.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of enterprise sales, key account management, and revenue growth strategies.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in upskilling, learning & development, and workforce transformation is desirable.
• Proven experience in developing and executing strategic partnerships.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and financial performance metrics.
