Overview
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys client service and operations, rather than seeking to move into financial planning. You will be the person who ensures every account opening, money movement, meeting follow-up, and client request is handled with precision and care. You'll play a critical role behind the scenes, owning the processes and workflows that allow our advisors to focus on what they do best.
This is a remote role open to candidates across the U.S., with the option for those based in San Diego to work from our office if preferred.

Who You Are
5-10 years of experience in a client service, operations, or administrative role within a financial advisory or wealth management firm (Fidelity Wealthscape strongly preferred)
Strong CRM proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do
Support the advisors and the Client Service Manager across all stages of the client service process
Handle client service requests including account openings, transfers, beneficiary updates, required minimum distributions, and money movements
Prepare for and follow-up on client meetings, including documentation, task tracking, and ensuring all action items are completed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and Fidelity
Communicate with custodians to resolve issues and support client requests
Adhere to all compliance, regulatory, and internal policy requirements

What You'll Get
This is a full-time, W-2 role.
Annual Salary: $70,000-$95,000 Based on Experience
Total compensation: Potential for up to 15% bonus eligibility
