Client Service Associate – Commercial Lines (Licensed)

Insurance Centers of America is seeking a Client Service Associate – Commercial Lines to join our Retail insurance agency in Colorado Springs. This role supports the Commercial Lines service team by assisting with policy servicing, responding to client requests, issuing certificates of insurance, and maintaining accurate documentation within the agency management system.

The position works closely with Commercial Account Managers, Producers, and our Access Plus underwriting team to ensure commercial client accounts are serviced efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Commercial Account Managers with servicing commercial client accounts
• Process policy endorsements and policy changes
• Respond to client service requests and coverage inquiries
• Issue and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) in accordance with policy terms and carrier guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system (Applied Epic)
• Assist with renewal preparation and gathering underwriting information
• Communicate professionally with clients, producers, and internal team members
• Support the Commercial Lines service team during periods of high service demand

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty License required
• 2–3 years of insurance agency experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using Applied Epic or similar agency management systems preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $60,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
