Client Service Associate - Digital & Creative Projects

Our work is not limited to “posting content” or “design execution”. We help companies translate subject-matter expertise into audience-ready communication.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Service Associate who can act as the coordination bridge between clients and internal teams (design, content, and web/tech).

This is not a sales role and not a pure project coordinator role either.The position requires understanding client intent, organizing communication, clarifying requirements, and ensuring deliverables are executed properly and on time.

You will work directly with founders, marketing heads, product teams and subject-matter experts from client organizations.

Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Understand client requirements and convert them into clear internal briefs
  • Conduct requirement calls and follow-ups
  • Track client feedback and approvals
  • Ensure timely communication and expectation setting

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate between design, content and development teams
  • Create structured briefs for:
  • Website projects
  • Social media communication
  • Branding & creative deliverables
  • Content pieces (blogs, case studies, decks)
  • Track deliverables, timelines and dependencies
  • Manage revision cycles and approval processes

Project Tracking & Documentation

  • Maintain task trackers and project status sheets
  • Send meeting notes and action items
  • Ensure deadlines are met across multiple parallel projects
  • Identify risks, delays or scope changes early

Quality & Clarity

  • Review deliverables before sending to client (basic quality check)
  • Ensure client feedback is properly understood before passing to team
  • Help avoid rework caused by unclear instructions

Required Skills

  • Strong written and spoken English communication
  • Ability to understand structured discussions and summarize clearly
  • Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects

Preferred Background (Important)

Candidates must have one of the following experiences:

  • Digital agency / creative agency client servicing
  • Website or branding project coordination
  • Social media account handling (agency side)
  • B2B marketing coordination role
  • Working with designers and developers in a delivery environment

This role is not suitable for freshers without project coordination experience.

Tools You May Use

(Training will be provided where needed)

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
  • Project trackers (ClickUp / Notion / Trello or similar)
  • Basic CMS updates (WordPress or similar — optional)
  • Video meeting platforms (Google Meet / Zoom)

Growth Path

This role is designed as an entry point into agency account management.

Career progression:
Client Service Associate → Account Executive → Account Manager

As you grow, you will gradually handle:

  • Larger client accounts
  • Independent client discussions
  • Communication strategy planning
  • Retainer accounts

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
