Client Service Associate - Personal Lines (Licensed)

Insurance Centers of America is seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our Retail agency team in Colorado Springs. This role supports our Personal Lines Account Managers by assisting with policy servicing, client requests, and administrative tasks to ensure our clients receive prompt and professional service.

This is a great opportunity for someone with insurance experience who enjoys working with clients and supporting a collaborative service team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client service requests such as ID cards, policy documents, and billing questions
• Process policy changes, including driver updates, vehicle additions, address changes, and coverage adjustments
• Maintain accurate documentation of policy transactions in our agency management system
• Assist Account Managers with renewal preparation and policy servicing tasks
• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner
• Support the Retail service team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent client service

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Property & Casualty License
• 1–2 years of insurance agency or customer insurance service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 depending on experience
