Promoligne, a long-established promotional products company, is looking for an energetic and driven Client Service & Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves interacting with clients, managing orders, and bringing new business from corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

  • Manage day-to-day communication with existing corporate clients
  • Understand requirements and coordinate with design, production, and operations
  • Devise customized proposals.
  • Share quotations, samples, artwork approvals, and follow-ups
  • Track order progress and ensure timely delivery
  • Resolve issues related to quality or timelines
  • Build long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business

Business Development

  • Identify and approach new B2B clients (FMCG, banks, pharma, textile, corporate offices, agencies, schools)
  • Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and client visits
  • Work with Tele Sales Representatives on appointments
  • Pitch Promoligne’s promotional product range and close deals
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate internally with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams
  • Maintain proper documentation of inquiries, orders, and deliveries
  • Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
  • Energetic, proactive, and target-driven
  • Basic knowledge of promotional products is a plus
