Job Summary
Oasis Women’s Center is seeking a Client Service Coordinator with experience in crisis intervention, case management, and social services. This role is responsible for delivering and supervising direct client services, supporting program development, and ensuring high-quality care for individuals in need.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and experienced in client advocacy, documentation, and team supervision, with a strong commitment to supporting women and addressing complex social issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct client services, including crisis intervention, intake, and referrals (in-person and phone)
- Coordinate and oversee case management and client support services
- Supervise staff and volunteers in daily service delivery
- Maintain accurate client documentation, records, and reports
- Conduct file reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance
- Assist with program development, implementation, and evaluation
- Train and support staff and volunteers
- Coordinate scheduling to maintain 24/7 service coverage
- Connect clients with community resources and support services
- Collaborate with leadership to improve service delivery and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in crisis intervention, case management, or client services
- Strong knowledge of community resources and social service systems
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Commitment to women’s advocacy, trauma-informed care, and social justice

Work Schedule
- Full-time position: Regularly scheduled Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
- Must be available for evenings, weekends, and rotating shifts
- Schedule set by Executive Director
