Job Description

We are looking for a Client Service Executive who can communicate effectively with clients and assist in event bookings. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a basic understanding of accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Mainly communicate with clients service and handle enquiries, business development, sales conversation, lead generation, social media handling.
• Coordinate and assist with event bookings.
• Support basic accounting or billing tasks.
• Maintain client records and provide excellent customer service.
