Client Service Manager

Ravi Digital Print (RDP) is a full-service advertising and retail execution company serving top FMCG, telecom, and banking brands across Pakistan — including Coca-Cola, Nestlé, Pepsi, P&G, Telenor, Zong, and Allied Bank. We specialize in signage, POSM, 3D fabrication, large-format printing, and LED solutions, operating from our Lahore HQ with presence in Islamabad and Karachi.

We are looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our key brand clients and RDP's internal production and operations teams. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring flawless end-to-end execution of POSM, BTL, and trade marketing projects. This position reports directly to the Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients across FMCG, telecom, and banking sectors
• Own end-to-end execution of POSM, BTL, and trade marketing projects from briefing to delivery
• Coordinate with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Prepare client proposals, quotations, status reports, and presentations
• Track project timelines and budgets, flagging risks proactively
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Represent RDP professionally in all client interactions and meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or trade marketing
• Proven hands-on experience with POSM, BTL, and trade executions — agency or brand side preferred
• Strong client relationship and communication skills in English and Urdu
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Based in Lahore or willing to relocate

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
