Client Service & Marketing Associate

Do you thrive on keeping things organized while also bringing creative ideas to life? We’re looking for a Client Service & Marketing Associate who can balance the precision of client account servicing with the creativity of marketing our business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work but also wants to play a key part in shaping our firm’s brand and visibility.

Responsibilities:

Client Service

  • Prepare, process, and track account paperwork (new accounts, transfers, rollovers, beneficiary updates, etc.).
  • Handle client account servicing requests such as address changes, contributions/distributions, and RMDs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor workflows and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Communicate with custodians to resolve service-related issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the advisor team as needed.

Marketing Support

  • Keep office social media accounts active and up to date.
  • Assist with drafting and posting client communications, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Identify opportunities for the firm to market in the community (events, sponsorships, partnerships, networking opportunities).
  • Help coordinate client appreciation events and other outreach activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred.
  • Comfort with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and basic content creation.
  • Prior experience in financial services operations or marketing support is a plus but not required.
