Salary: AED 7,000 - 9,000 (depending on experience)

About the Role: Our client, a premium business centre in Dubai, is hiring a Client Service Representative to manage front desk operations and deliver a seamless client experience. The role includes reception duties and administrative support, and requires a highly presentable, service-oriented professional.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and guests professionally
• Handle reception desk, phone calls, and client correspondence
• Support client office move-ins/outs and service requests
• Track service usage and billing; ensure payments are processed
• Provide administrative support to management
• Monitor facilities and report any issues

Requirements

• 3+ years in a client-facing role (business centre, coworking, hospitality, or office admin)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
• Strong English communication (spoken & written)
• Proficient in MS Office; basic troubleshooting skills
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, customer-focused
• Additional languages are a plus
