Client Service Representative

In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, manage client accounts, and support pet parents to foster long-term relationships. Your proactive communication skills and attention to detail will drive pet parent/hospital relations. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with prompt, professional service.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to enhance customer experience and patient care.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Serve as “Ambassador” by creating and maintaining goodwill for the hospital
  • Handle client concerns with diplomacy and compassion
  • Accurate data entry within the PIMS system. Verify account and contact information.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate solutions and build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
