Client Service Representative

Client Service Representative Responsibilities

• Meeting customers face-to-face to introduce, explain, and deliver the services of our clients.
• Providing top-tier, in-person customer support by greeting customers, listening to their needs, answering questions, and building trust.
• Presenting sales service options, explaining their features and benefits, and guiding customers to make informed decisions.
• Assisting with sales order processing, scheduling follow-up appointments, and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while upholding the brand reputation of both our company and our clients.
• Reporting activity in real time, monitoring your schedule, and coordinating logistics to meet sales and performance goals.
• Collaborating with fellow Client Service Representatives and the sales team to share best practices and improve customer engagement strategies.

Client Service Representative Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers in person.
• Previous experience in client services or sales is preferred.
• The ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and execute assigned tasks with precision and professionalism.
• A polished and courteous demeanor in client-facing settings.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
