Overview

JetSet Catering, a rapidly growing private aviation catering management company, is seeking a remote Catering Concierge to join our team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Catering Concierge, you’ll be the direct link between JetSet Catering and our clients. You’ll manage inflight catering orders, coordinate restaurant pickups, arrange specialty shopping, and ensure every request is handled with precision. You’ll work heavily via email, managing multiple orders at once in a shared inbox, while also entering all orders into our system to generate estimates, confirmations, and invoices.

This is a remote, full-time role. We operate 24/7/365.

Schedule: Monday + Wednesday - Saturday (Sunday and Tuesday off). Shifts are 8 - 8.5 hours, scheduled between 0500-1800 Eastern, however, flexibility outside of these hours will be necessary from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a client-first approach
• Manage orders via email and phone, ensuring prompt and accurate processing
• Navigate aviation-related systems and portals
• Coordinate with kitchens and vendors to ensure order fulfillment
• Monitor deliveries and proactively address any issues
• Create and send client estimates, confirmations, and invoices
• Collect and organize vendor invoices
• Maintain detailed and accurate order records
• Support additional projects and tasks as needed

What You’ll Need

• 1+ year of experience in private aviation REQUIRED
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MacBook computers and various software tools
• High-end or luxury customer service background preferred
• Familiarity with fine dining or upscale hospitality standards a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 21+ years old

Pay & Benefits

• $50,000-$55,000/year depending on experience
