The Private Client Consultant is the professional who lives that truth every single day.

You are the face of Fazio to every JV partner in your portfolio. You onboard them, support them, develop them, and make every partner feel like the most valued client in the business. You evaluate their deals with precision, communicate with them consistently, and build the kind of long-term relationship that turns one deal into a decade of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will Be Responsible For

Client Relationship and Communication

  • Manage your full book of Private Clients with the standard of a world-class B2B client services professional ensuring every partner feels supported, informed, and valued at every stage
  • Respond to all deal submissions within 24 hours with thorough written feedback covering deal viability, underwriting notes, and clear next steps
  • Deliver buyer and Dispo feedback every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or at the cadence the client specified during onboarding
  • Maintain responsive communication across Google Chat, phone, text, and email ensuring no client goes more than one business day without a meaningful update
  • During the marketing phase share buyer interest, inquiry volume, and offer activity to coach the client on next steps or whether a price reduction is needed
  • Represent Fazio's brand with the highest level of professionalism in every client interaction as the front line of this company's reputation

Deal Intake, Underwriting and Quality Control

  • Verify all deal components are present: executed contract, additional required documents, and property photos confirmed as original and not pulled from MLS, prior listings, or agent databases
  • For land deals and select properties confirm Google Maps screenshots are acceptable and document accordingly
  • Verify property access for every deal: occupied or vacant, by whom, and how showings will be arranged
  • Confirm the JV partner authorizes Fazio's JV team and Transaction Success team to contact the seller directly on their behalf to reduce turnaround time
  • Negotiate and document JV split agreements in alignment with the Mafia Method split structure and coordinate with ACQ on Closing Assistance when needed
  • Use deal feedback and Dispo insights to coach partners on improving their submissions and growing their deal quality over time

Client Onboarding and Book Building

  • Guide new Private Clients through the full JV Onboarding process including completing all onboarding criteria and reviewing the Private Client Handbook together
  • Collect complete client intake: name, phone, email, birthday, office or home address for gifts and recognition, start date, preferred feedback cadence, lead types, lead sources, marketing methods, and monthly marketing spend
  • Introduce qualified partners to the Mafia Method program and manage your quarterly allocation with discipline and selectivity
  • Actively build your self-generated book by identifying and pursuing new JV partnerships through networking, social media, REI events, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Document and report new partnership activity to leadership with context on partner quality and deal potential

Deal Management and Internal Coordination

  • Introduce each client to their assigned TSA or TSM handling their file and to Edwin the Lead Manager responsible for verifying and updating lead card data
  • Own and maintain the JV Deal Card checklist for every active deal ensuring all required information is complete before each stage advance
  • Keep client Client Cards updated in ReSimply with any new information as it comes in maintaining front-end data accuracy at all times
  • Communicate all Fazio services to your clients including Closing Assistance and Transaction Coordination framing the experience as seamless and hands-off as possible
  • Submit weekly pipeline reports to leadership covering active client deals, submission quality, and support needs
  • Coordinate with the Transaction Success team and Dispositions on every deal communicating deal details, seller access, and partner preferences

Prior real estate, sales, or client services experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is how you communicate, how you build relationships, and how you serve the people in your care. What we require is non-negotiable:

  • You treat every Private Client with the level of attention and professionalism that a valuable long-term business relationship deserves
  • You respond to deal submissions within 24 hours with feedback that is honest, specific, and actionable
  • Your clients never chase you for updates because you are already providing them before they think to ask
  • You are operationally disciplined enough to manage deal cards, client cards, onboarding checklists, and CRM data across a growing book without things slipping
  • You build your own book of JV relationships beyond what the company assigns because you understand that your book is your business
  • You represent Fazio's brand in every client interaction and protect this company's reputation as if your name were on the door
  • You thrive in a remote environment where your income reflects the quality and depth of the relationships you build

How We Measure Performance

A Private Client Consultant at Fazio is measured by the quality of the relationships they build and the business those relationships produce over time. The partners who stay, grow, and refer others are the true measure of this role.

COMPENSATION

Relationship-Driven. Performance-Based.

Private Client Consultants at Fazio typically earn between $3,000 and $7,500 per month depending on deal volume, deal size, and the quality of the partner relationships they develop. Full compensation details are shared during the interview process.

The earnings figures referenced above reflect results achieved through intentional, consistent, and quality-driven performance. These are illustrative and not a guarantee of income. Individual results will vary.
