What You’ll Be Doing

As a CSR, you’re the heart of the front desk and the first warm welcome clients receive. Your role is essential in keeping our hospital organized, efficient, and client-friendly. You’ll:

Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
Schedule appointments, prepare invoices, handle payments, and keep records organized
Support clients with empathy in stressful or emotional situations
Keep the lobby tidy, calm, and welcoming
Educate clients on wellness plans, insurance, and recommended products
Complete opening/closing procedures, end-of-day reports, and deposits
Manage data entry, client forms, referrals, and lab result routing
Assist with patient admission by ensuring accurate information and a current weight

What Helps You Shine

1+ year of veterinary experience (preferred)
Customer service experience — veterinary, call center, or high-volume reception (preferred)
Comfort learning new software and multitasking tools
Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to stay calm, compassionate, and positive when things get busy
A true team spirit and the ability to prioritize in fast-paced moments
Ability to work seated for most of your shift
