Client Service Representative (Specialty Practice)

We are a veterinary hospital that specializes in dentistry and oral surgery seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.

This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role. For an individual with the right mindset, strong work ethic, and desire to grow with the practice, there is also potential for advancement into an office managerial position as hospital needs evolve.

About Us

Our hospital focuses exclusively on advanced dental and oral surgical care for small animal companions. In addition to our board-certified veterinary dental specialist, our team includes a board-certified anesthesiologist, and close collaboration with a board-certified cardiologist to ensure the highest level of safety and care for our patients. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of client communication, education, and support throughout the treatment process.

As a CSR, you are the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for both pets and their owners. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential.

Position Overview

We are looking for someone who is warm, organized, and comfortable in a medically focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in veterinary medicine (CSR, assistant, technician, etc.)
  • Comfort with medical terminology (dental knowledge is a plus)
  • Bilingual communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Professional communication and client support skills
  • Locally based

Responsibilities

  • Client communication and appointment coordination
  • Scheduling procedures and consultations
  • Assisting with intake and discharge processes
  • Managing phone and email correspondence
  • Processing invoices and maintaining records
  • Supporting overall hospital flow
  • Assisting with light social media coordination (education posts, updates, etc.)

Growth Opportunity

This role is designed to start part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.
