Nationwide Credit Corporation is a successful collections agency located in Alexandria VA. We are currently looking for a Client Service Support Associate as a new addition to the Client Service team. Do you enjoy working in fast-paced, multi-tasked environment? We are looking for an individual who is responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail distribution for the organization.
Specific Duties:
Accurately transfer client and consumer faxed information to computer system
Payment processing - physical payments and electronic payment processing
Documentation of bankruptcies into computer system to include client notification requirements and closes.
Daily entry of client and consumer mail correspondence including responses required and forwarding of escalated issues to appropriate staff
Manual data entry of new business accounts
Mail returns and process recalled accounts
Operate computer application system for generating reports and updating information
Copy scan, fax and file multiple documents
Meet deadlines on a consistent basis
Distribute and process incoming mail
Review, process and stamp all outgoing mail
Requesting, processing and mailing of outgoing documentation
A strong sense of teamwork and cooperation with management and coworkers
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
Accuracy and completeness of assignments
Extreme attention to detail essential
Proficient in MS Windows and Excel
Collections software experience is a plus
Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent
One year office experience
