Overview

Senior Benefits Advisors is seeking a reliable, professional Client Services & Storefront Support Associate to assist with daily storefront operations and provide front-line support to licensed insurance agents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with the public, staying organized, and helping create a welcoming, efficient environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

(Part-time, consistent weekly schedule)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in visitors in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments for licensed agents
• Support in-store events, promotions, and community engagement activities
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient front desk area
• Provide exceptional customer service and general administrative support
• Serve as a positive representative of the SBA brand

Note: This position does not involve selling insurance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Customer service or front desk experience preferred
• Insurance license not required

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Hourly/shift-based pay
