Key Responsibilities
Client Services & Operations
* Serve as a primary point of contact for clients by phone, email, and in person
* Assist with client onboarding and account paperwork
* Schedule client meetings and maintain advisor calendars
* Coordinate follow-up communications and client service requests
* Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates
* Prepare client meeting materials and organize documentation
* Help deliver a high-touch, professional client experience
* Support advisors with administrative and operational tasks

Marketing & Communications
* Assist with social media management and content scheduling
* Coordinate client newsletters, email campaigns, and educational communications
* Help maintain and update the firm website and online presence
* Create marketing materials, event invitations, and presentation support materials
* Assist with seminar, workshop, and client appreciation event coordination
* Support brand consistency across all communications
* Track marketing activities and engagement metrics

Preferred Experience

* Familiarity with social media and email marketing platforms
* Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, or marketing tools preferred
* FINRA licensing not required, but a plus
