About the Role

We are looking for a Client Services Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for clients and caregivers while supporting the daily operations of our office.

This is a key support role that helps keep our organization running smoothly by assisting with communication, scheduling support, administrative tasks, and coordination across teams.

What You’ll Do

• Answer and manage incoming calls and texts
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and caregivers
• Assist with payroll check distribution and office administration
• Support Long-Term Care Insurance processing
• Provide backup support to scheduling
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and marketing coordination
• Participate in after-hours on call when needed
• Work closely with the Director of Client Services and administrative team

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working with clients, caregivers, and internal teams

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
