What we are looking for:
As an Onboarding & Customer Success Specialist at GReminders, you will be the driving force behind turning new users into lifelong power users. You will take ownership of the client onboarding journey - specifically working with professionals in the Wealth Management and Financial Advisory space - to automate their scheduling workflows and optimize their pre- and post-meeting activities.

You can work from anywhere. This is a remote position. We do need you to have a quiet environment that allows you to be on calls without background noise. You may be on web camera from time to time (via Zoom) on customer calls.
You will work with seasoned SaaS Founders and Engineers side by side growing the business in a meaningful way.
