Client Services & Key Account Manager

Summary

Join HexaTravel as a Client Services & Key Account Manager, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for our corporate clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to develop and execute tailored sales and marketing initiatives that align with clients’ travel needs.

Qualifications

  • Graduate (Completed/Appeared) or Post Graduate (Completed/Appeared).
  • 5+ years experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management, preferably in travel or related industries.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue growth, and relationship management.
  • Strong business development and marketing skills with experience in designing and executing account-specific growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
