Job Description:
Bridgezon Services is seeking a highly professional and client-focused Client Services Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure the delivery of high-quality service at our Msheireb office in Doha. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service delivery
• Ensure client needs are met effectively and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and resolve issues
• Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
• Prepare reports on client performance, feedback, and service outcomes
• Identify opportunities for upselling and business expansion

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in client services, account management, or customer relationship roles
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
