Job Summary
Buckhead Pet Pals is Atlanta’s original premium dog walking and cat sitting company, serving Metro Atlanta since 1998. We are seeking a detail-oriented, people-first Client Services Manager to manage client communication, daily scheduling, and new sitter onboarding.
Key Responsibilities

Manage client communication via email, phone, and scheduling software

Create and maintain efficient daily schedules for pet sitters

Support sitters and assist with coverage when needed

Coordinate onboarding and training of new pet sitters

Maintain accurate client and sitter records

Support general office operations
Required Qualifications
-
3+ years administrative or office management experience
-
Experience scheduling staff in a service-based business

Proficient in Excel, Word, and Gmail
-
Comfortable learning and using scheduling software
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Lives within Buckhead, Brookhaven, or Sandy Springs area

Able to work in-office during business hours
Preferred Qualifications

Pet industry or service-industry experience

Experience onboarding or training new hires

Familiarity with Atlanta neighborhoods

Social media and AI/ChatGPT experience
