Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services & Project Coordinator to join our custom furniture manufacturing team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for designers and end-user clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through project completion.
The ideal candidate combines strong administrative skills with a solid understanding of furniture, materials, and manufacturing processes, and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from interior designers and end-user clients via phone, email, and in person
- Liaise with clients to gather project details, specifications, and timelines
- Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and work orders
- Process deposits and manage invoicing through QuickBooks
- Coordinate and track fabric orders, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
- Maintain organized records of client communications, orders, and project updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure production timelines and client expectations are met
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout all stages of the project lifecycle
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in custom furniture, interior design, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of furniture construction, fabrics, and materials
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting/invoicing software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Spanish is an asset)

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
