Client Services Project Manager

Sparacino PLLC is seeking a full-time remote Client Services Project Manager to provide support to our clients and attorneys. Please note that this is not a traditional law firm role and may not be the right fit for those seeking a typical legal assistant or paralegal position. This role combines client support, project management, and technology coordination. We are looking for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, client-focused environment that blends client support with project management and technology coordination in a fast-paced legal environment.

Applicants with backgrounds in customer service, office management, database management, coding, and/or in administrative technology software (see below) are encouraged to apply.

Prior legal experience is not required. Candidates must be available to work standard East Coast business hours. The firm provides all necessary equipment, including a computer. Applicants must have private, reliable, and secure full-time internet access.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing. Managing, and optimizing Airtable to support various operational functions for our clients and attorneys.
  • Efficiently documenting and securely maintaining all data in an organized manner.
  • Creating and adhering to standard operating processes.
  • Designing and implementing efficient workflows within a database/CRM to support client and attorney’s needs.
  • Troubleshoot database/CRM-related issues and collaborate with team members to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Database management and data entry.
  • Filing, updating, and auditing electronic client records.
  • Various client-related responsibilities including communication, drafting, and proofreading on an as-needed basis.
  • Collecting documents to satisfy discovery needs.
  • Effectively communicating with clients and other law firms across various platforms (phone, email, texting, and hard copy communication).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work 8 hours between the hours of 8am-6pm ET.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, and working both independently and with a team.
  • Ability to work with sensitive subject matters.
  • Candidates must also be able to follow written and verbal instructions and quickly adapt to changes in workflow.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of Airtable preferred.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or similar skillset welcome.
  • Previous experience in customer service, office management, database management, coding, and/or in administrative technology software is welcome
  • Working knowledge of DocuSign, Docupilot, Zapier, and MicroSoft Office is welcome.

Sparacino PLLC is a high-stake investigative law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. We practice in several areas involving sensitive investigations and related litigation. We represent thousands of Gold Star families and wounded veterans in various terrorism related litigation using several federal anti-terrorism statues to include the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, Anti-Terrorism Act, and the Justice Against State Sponsors of Terrorism Act.

Our cases may involve sensitive geopolitical considerations, and we draw on a range of disciplines and skill sets to meet such challenges. Our team of attorneys and professionals, who work under the supervision of attorneys, includes people with past experience in the intelligence community, the military, investigative and research sectors, government, customer relations, and private equity.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
