The Challenge…

Our Client Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting our entire team by:

· Ensuring each phone call into the agency gets to the right individual for service

· Data entry

· Handling the mail

· Assisting with billing customers

· Greeting clients

· Providing proof of insurance and other administrative duties

· Follow up on customer payments

What You Must Bring to the Table:

· Administrative experience

· Motivated by hard work and doing what is right

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Prior insurance agency experience helpful

· Efficient, accurate, professional, and someone with an eye for details

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Commitment to integrity, excellence, and the highest standards of ethics
