Client Services Representative (Female)

About the Role:

3DM Solutions is seeking a Female Client Relations Representative who is enthusiastic, patient, and has excellent English communication skills. The ideal candidate can work under pressure, stay calm with clients, and provide outstanding support to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company processes.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a calm and positive attitude.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively.
• Ability to stay calm, patient, and professional with clients at all times.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support tools/CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
