Job Summary
Simmons Consulting is hiring motivated individuals for a Client Services Trainee role within the financial services industry. This entry-level position is ideal for professionals with backgrounds in healthcare, customer service, education, or caregiving who are looking to transition into a career focused on helping families make informed financial decisions. No prior financial experience is required. Training and licensing support are provided.
This position is focused on training, education, and licensing preparation. Trainees participate in a self-paced, fully remote training program designed to introduce insurance fundamentals, financial education concepts, and regulatory requirements. No insurance sales or regulated financial activities occur prior to obtaining the required license(s), as mandated by law.
This role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is commission-based and becomes available only after required licensure and authorization, in accordance with applicable regulations. This position does not guarantee licensure, income, or future authorization to conduct insurance sales.
Role Responsibilities (Training & Pre-Licensing Focus)
No insurance sales, investment recommendations, or client solicitation occur prior to proper licensure.
