We’re growing and looking for a passionate, organized, and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Servicing & Operations Executive.

Role Overview:

You’ll be the bridge between the client, vendors, and internal team — ensuring smooth planning, coordination, and flawless execution of weddings. If you love managing people, solving problems on the go, and have an eye for detail, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — maintain regular communication, understand their needs, and ensure they’re updated on progress.
• Coordinate with vendors (decor, catering, artists, production, etc.) for timelines, deliverables, and logistics.
• Support in event planning & execution — create checklists, manage schedules, track budgets, and oversee on-ground arrangements.
• Work closely with the founder & creative team to bring each wedding vision to life.
• Maintain documentation — guest lists, vendor details, payment trackers, timelines, etc.
• Be present on-site during wedding events for coordination, setup, and client support.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in wedding planning, events, or client servicing (freshers with strong organizational skills may also apply).
• Excellent communication & people management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable working flexible hours during event days.
• Based in Delhi NCR.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
