Job Title: Client Servicing

Location: Business Bay

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.
  • Understand client business goals and brand strategy to provide tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social media, design, and content) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and campaign updates to clients.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
  • Support social media campaigns by understanding performance metrics and client objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in branding, advertising, or social media.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, branding concepts, and digital marketing trends.
  • Problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
