Job Title: Client Servicing

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.
- Understand client business goals and brand strategy to provide tailored solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, social media, design, and content) to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and campaign updates to clients.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Support social media campaigns by understanding performance metrics and client objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in branding, advertising, or social media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, branding concepts, and digital marketing trends.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
