Client Servicing Executive

Salary: Based on experience and skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Project Coordination: Work with internal teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve client issues or conflicts to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Client Reporting & Feedback: Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and insights to help them achieve their goals.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, projects, and agreements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
