Job Overview

Adscrey Private Limited is looking for a proactive Client Servicing Executive – Digital Marketing to manage client communications, understand requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams
• Coordinate campaign execution and ensure timely deliverables
• Handle client queries, feedback, and follow-ups professionally
• Assist in negotiations, proposals, and service coordination
• Maintain strong client relationships and support business growth

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing concepts
• Good negotiation and procurement skills
