Client Servicing Executive / Manager

India

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.

    • Understand client requirements, objectives, and challenges to deliver suitable marketing solutions.

    • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, strategy, performance, and production) to ensure smooth execution of projects.

    • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and campaign performance updates.

    • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

    • Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.

    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

    • Stay updated with industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Key Skills & Requirements:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (presentations, reporting).

    • Experience in digital marketing/advertising agency (preferred but not mandatory).
