Client Servicing Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and challenges to deliver suitable marketing solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, strategy, performance, and production) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and campaign performance updates.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Stay updated with industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (presentations, reporting).
- Experience in digital marketing/advertising agency (preferred but not mandatory).
