Job Title: Client Servicing Executive (UK B2B)
About the Role
SourceKode Solutions is hiring a results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to expand our B2B client base in the UK. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals who want to grow their career in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective UK B2B clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and deal closing.
- Use CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho) to manage leads, track activities, and report progress.
- Stay updated on UK market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to identify opportunities.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers, ensuring repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales lead, admin, warehouse) to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, telesales, or business development.
- Strong communication skills with a professional UK accent.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a focus on value-based selling.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and sell new launches, clearance sales, and short-term campaigns.
- A-levels or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
