If you have 1–3 years of experience, love building client relationships, and can own conversations with both existing and new B2B clients, this opportunity is made for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
✅ Loyalty Campaign Execution – Manage loyalty and reward-based campaigns end-to-end, ensuring precision and timely delivery.
✅ B2B Outreach – Call and follow up with new B2B prospects, helping the sales team open doors and drive conversations forward.
✅ Client Communication – Interact with clients in a confident, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
✅ Issue Resolution – Handle client queries with maturity and a problem-solving mindset.
✅ Internal Coordination – Work closely with creative, tech, and execution teams to ensure client expectations are met.
✅ Continuous Improvement – Leverage client feedback to enhance services and create impactful experiences.
