Client Servicing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will ensure exceptional client satisfaction by managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and responding effectively to their needs. Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of services to all clients, building long-lasting relationships with clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and facilitating communication between clients and internal teams to align on goals and expectations. The role requires proactive problem-solving, regular updates to stakeholders, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years proven experience in Client Services and Client Relations to build and sustain strong professional relationships.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service capabilities in the PR industry.
• Excellent Communication skills for seamless interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to manage client expectations and deliver solutions promptly and efficiently.
• Proficiency in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Previous experience in the luxury PR industry in the UAE.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
