Client Servicing Manager

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (On-Site)

Timings: 11 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing Manager role based in Karachi. The Client Servicing Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and translating client requirements into clear and actionable briefs for internal teams. The role involves coordinating and managing marketing, branding, advertising, and digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. The Client Servicing Manager will work closely with creative, performance marketing, SEO, content, production, and development teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful campaign delivery.

Qualifications

1. Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and conflict resolution.

2. Experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies, with a solid understanding of campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.

3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

4. Comfort working with cross-functional teams (creative, design, performance marketing, web/app development) to deliver integrated solutions.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; strong presentation and meeting facilitation abilities.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and translate results into clear recommendations for clients.

7. Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., project management platforms, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.

8. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

9. Previous account management or client-facing experience in an agency setting is a must.
