Client Servicing & Media Planning Executive

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day communication with brands, agencies, and advertisers

Share proposals, media plans, package options, and site decks

Manage and update live OOH inventory across all assets

Conduct client visits to stations, bridges, and installations

Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and closure documentation

Gather client briefs and work with internal teams on execution

Ensure accurate reporting and post-campaign documentation

Requirements:

Experience in OOH, media buying, advertising, or client servicing

Strong presentation and communication skills

Must be detail-oriented with the ability to maintain clean asset records

Comfortable doing field visits with clients when needed.
