Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Experience Required: 1–2 Years

Role Objective

The Client Servicing & Sales Executive will support client relationship management while assisting the sales team in coordination, vendor management, and campaign execution. This role offers hands-on exposure to a fast-paced advertising agency environment and diverse industry clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing Support

  • Assist Account Managers in managing day-to-day client communication
  • Coordinate briefs between clients and internal creative teams
  • Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery
  • Support preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Maintain client documentation and communication records

Sales & Coordination Support

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and pitch decks
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, production teams, and partners
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and payments
  • Maintain vendor database and cost sheets
  • Support execution of campaigns, events, and promotional activities

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with design, content, media buying, and event teams
  • Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated
  • Assist in maintaining project trackers and status reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Advertising, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in client servicing, sales coordination, or marketing role
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability
  • Basic knowledge of advertising, media, or digital marketing concepts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,333.33 per month
