Client-side Project Monitor - Specialist development Lender - London - up to £75k

I'm currently working with a Specialist Property Finance Lender who are looking to add an experienced Project Monitor to their London Team.

You will be joining a busy, energetic team professionals, based in Central London

If you are currently in a Project or Fund Monitoring role within a consultancy team and would like to make the step over to client-side then this is a fantastic opportunity to do so.

Ideally you will be MRICS Chartered, but this is by no means a necessity. More important is your monitoring experience and preferably some experience of dealing with distressed assets.

My client is happy to speak to candidates with a couple of years' experience, all the way up to seasoned Associate Directors.
