Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Solution Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our institutional clients, helping them leverage Ceffu’s custody solutions to meet their digital asset management needs. You will combine deep Web3 knowledge with a solid understanding of traditional finance to deliver tailored solutions, foster strong relationships, and drive client success.
Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary client-facing ambassador, understanding client needs and presenting Ceffu’s custody solutions.

Design and deliver customized custody and digital asset solutions, leveraging Web3 technologies.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to develop solutions aligned with client requirements and regulatory standards.

Provide expert guidance on blockchain, decentralized finance (DeFi), and security best practices.

Maintain constant communication with clients, providing onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors, hedge funds, asset managers, and banks.

Stay informed about developments in the Web3 space, crypto regulation, and digital asset custody trends.
Qualifications:

5-10 years of work experience in relevant roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility.

Proven experience in client solutions, account management, or advisory roles within the crypto, blockchain, or FinTech sectors.

Good understanding of Web3 knowledge, including blockchain protocols, DeFi, digital asset security, and custody infrastructure.

Background in investment banking, asset management, or related traditional finance roles is welcomed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
