The Role
We’re seeking a Client Solutions Advisor to guide inbound leads and existing customers through the solar and home energy journey. This role is consultative, not transactional — success comes from listening, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships.
No solar experience required. Training provided.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years in a problem-solving/consultative role.
